  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Ultra Pharma.

  • Certain professional-use products may only be purchased by qualified practitioners. We reserve the right to request proof of qualifications and to refuse or cancel orders where adequate evidence is not provided.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders received by 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Ultra Pharma is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, consumables and sterile products cannot be returned unless faulty.

7. Professional Responsibility

  • Products sold by Ultra Pharma are intended for use by trained professionals where applicable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct training, qualifications, and insurance before using professional-use products. Ultra Pharma accepts no liability for misuse.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultra Pharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased.
