Ultra Pharma – Delivery & Returns Policy

At Ultra Pharma, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery and a fair, transparent returns process. Please read the details below to ensure a smooth ordering experience.

Delivery Information

  • Same-Day Dispatch – Orders placed and paid in full by 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends/bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • Operating Hours – Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm (excluding UK public holidays). While we always aim to minimise delays, peak times and courier service issues may occasionally extend delivery times.

  • Tracking Your Order – Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking details so you can follow your shipment in real time.

  • Delayed Deliveries – If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team promptly and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, the following policy applies:

  • Eligibility – Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items must be in a resaleable condition. But must be reported to us with 5 days of receiving order.

  • Exclusions – For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items such as consumables, sterile products, and perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of your items.

  • Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 7 working days for funds to appear in your account.

  • Shipping Costs – Please note, original delivery charges are non-refundable.
