Shipping policy

Ultra Pharma – Shipping Policy

At Ultra Pharma, we aim to deliver your products quickly, securely, and with flexibility to suit your needs. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail tracked services.


Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed and paid in full by 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.


Delivery Options

We currently ship using Royal Mail services:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked – Estimated 2–3 working days.

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked – Estimated 1–2 working days.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery (Express Service) – Next working day delivery (subject to cut-off times and Royal Mail terms).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and Royal Mail’s service levels.


Free Delivery

  • Orders of £150 or more (excl. VAT) qualify for free Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked delivery within the UK.

  • Customers may still choose a faster service at checkout for an additional cost.


Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

  • International delivery options may be added in the future — please contact our team for enquiries.


Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a re-shipping fee.


Delayed Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ultra-pharma.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail.


Important Notes

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered or signed for at the address provided.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control (e.g., strikes, severe weather).
