REVOLAX is a mono-phasic HA range supplied in 1 x 1.1ml pre-filled syringes with lidocaine, in three viscosities.

Regenovue Plus is the most transparently specified of the four. Every grade in the range is a 24mg/ml HA gel with 0.3% lidocaine, so you are choosing on gel density rather than concentration.

• Fine Plus comes as 1 x 1ml pre-filled syringe with needles, for fine lines and subtle shape and definition.
• Deep Plus is a cross-linked gel in 1 x 1.1ml with 2 x 27G needles, for medium to deep lines, nasolabial folds, perioral lines, cheeks, chin and lips.
• Sub-Q Plus is a high-viscosity 1.1ml gel for deeper volume loss and contouring of the cheeks, chin and jawline.

PURILAX

PURILAX is a cross-linked HA range in the same three viscosities, Fine, Deep and Sub-Q, positioned as a competitively priced option for clinics. Fine is a lighter gel for superficial lines and subtle refinement, Deep is a medium-density gel for lips, nasolabial folds and deeper lines, and Sub-Q is a higher-viscosity gel for volume restoration and contouring of the cheeks, chin and jawline. The range emphasises smooth, consistent extrusion for controlled placement, which matters most when you are working slowly in detailed areas.

Lumifil

Lumifil takes a different naming approach, with products aimed at specific jobs rather than a straight Fine to Sub-Q ladder.

• Lumifil Lite is a low-viscosity, ultra-fine HA gel for crow's feet, perioral lines, light forehead lines and lip work, including standard and Russian lip technique.

How to choose between them

Start with the treatment depth rather than the brand. Superficial lines and fine detail call for a light gel such as REVOLAX Fine, Regenovue Fine Plus, PURILAX Fine or Lumifil Lite. Folds, perioral work and most lip augmentation sit with the medium gels: REVOLAX Deep, Regenovue Deep Plus, PURILAX Deep or Lumifil L-Kiss for lips specifically. Structural work on the cheeks, chin, jawline and nose needs a dense gel, which means REVOLAX Sub-Q, Regenovue Sub-Q Plus, PURILAX Sub-Q or Lumifil Max.

After that, the practical tiebreakers are syringe volume, since 1.1ml versus 1ml changes your cost per treatment, whether the pack includes needles and which gauge, published HA concentration and lidocaine percentage, and how the range prices out across a full stock order.
